One of the toughest struggles of entrepreneurship is never feeling ready. This happens to the biggest, brightest stars in every industry. As an audience member, we always see everyone's filtered content and finished products. 

Although it's awesome to have such greatness for motivation, you can't mistake filters for reality. Teams, small businesses, and solopreneurs alike have these feelings of not feeling ready to go for it. So, what do we do? We grow forward. Go after the vision anyway!

Fear is paralyzing. One of the biggest challenges is fear. And when you're working toward a dream that provides income that you rely on, that fear can be downright traumatic. 

Fear is inevitable. But, what you do in the face of fear is what makes you rise to the top. Look fear in the eye and say, "Come on! We're going after my dream!"

Self-critique is the harshest. No one will ever criticize you the way you will. Not just because you're tough on yourself and require "the best." Honestly, who could criticize you more?

Only you know your smallest flaws. Only you know that you can do "better." Practice looking past the little things and keeping your eyes focused on your greatness. There is far more greatness in you than imperfection. 

Success is intimidating. Okay. This is a tough one. We say want success. We say we want growth. But, all that lies on the other side of success can keep us procrastinating forever. 

This is why learning on the way is the best way. The sooner you embrace imperfection, fear, and your unlimited potential, the sooner you will see the answers you need to make it all work. 

Try anyway. Fail anyway. Grow anyway.
